TERMS OF USE

Use the overlay. Keep your eyes on the road.

Last updated 10 October 2026. These terms cover both Roadline products: the marketing site you are reading, and the camera app at https://app.roadline.site. Settings in the app open this same page. If you do not agree, do not buy or use either one.

Who you are dealing with

Write to that email about these terms. Card payment is charged by Paddle as seller of record. Roadline does not see the card number.

What you are buying

Roadline is a visual overlay on your phone camera. It draws adjustable guide lines so you can judge a narrow road, an edge, a following gap, or a turn. It is not hardware for the car, not sensors, not lane-keep, not collision warning, and not a dashcam. Unlock is $41 once. There is no subscription. Paddle charges the card.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the overlay on phones you control. The key is for you. You may not distribute it, sell it, share it, sublicense it, or otherwise misuse it. You may not reverse engineer Roadline or wrap it as someone else’s product.

Distributing the key, selling it, or any other misuse ends the license for that key. We revoke it. Drive then stops on the next check, on every phone that used it. A refund revokes the key the same way. We do not collect personal data about you in order to look for that misuse. What the phone check stores, and what it does not, is described in Privacy.

Profiles stay on the phone. You do not need an account to use the camera view.

How you must use it

Mount the phone so it will not move. Choose and Align guides only while parked. Align again if you change vehicles or move the mount. Keep your eyes on the road. The lines are a check, not a replacement for looking, and not a promise that a gap is safe.

No safety claim

Roadline does not brake, steer, beep, or keep a lane. It does not measure distance. Camera perspective, a loose mount, dirty glass, night, rain, or a skipped Align can make the lines wrong. You are responsible for the vehicle, the road, and whether this overlay is even a good idea for the drive.

Payment and Parked Fit

Parked Fit: Align once while parked. If the overlay cannot start on a supported iPhone or Android browser, or you cannot get the lines onto paint you can see, we refund.

  • — You expected sensors, auto-steer, warnings, or a dashcam
  • — The phone was not mounted, or you adjusted lines while moving
  • — You changed cars or moved the phone and did not Align again
  • — You treated the overlay as a safety system

Parked Fit is our own promise. It sits beside any withdrawal right the law gives you. It does not replace that right. The full wording is the refund policy.

Withdrawal, for buyers in the EU and UK

The license is sold to customers in the EU and the UK. Digital content usually has a 14-day withdrawal right. Supply starts as soon as the license key is delivered. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you then lose the statutory withdrawal right. Parked Fit still applies on its own terms.

The camera app

The app at https://app.roadline.site is the overlay. The license, the parked use rules, and the safety limit above are the rules for that app. Profiles stay on the phone. The app does not take payment and does not show ads. Its settings open these terms.

The marketing site

The quiz stays in the browser. It is not sent to Roadline. What this site collects is described in Privacy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date above is the version that applies. If a court strikes one clause, the rest still stand. Mandatory consumer rules in your country still apply. The contact email is on the contact page. These terms sit alongside the safety notes.
