REFUND POLICY

Parked Fit. The refund, on one page.

Last updated 7 October 2026. This is the refund for the one-time unlock. Paddle charges the card, and Paddle returns that charge.

Who handles the money

That is the email to use. The card charge is taken by Paddle as seller of record. Roadline does not see the card number. A refund of that charge is returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Timing after that follows the card issuer.

What we refund

Parked Fit: Align once while parked. If the overlay cannot start on a supported iPhone or Android browser, or you cannot get the lines onto paint you can see, we refund.

The refund is the $41 unlock, in full. A refunded unlock no longer opens Drive. This is a promise about that parked ritual, not about the road, a scrape, or a drive you did not enjoy.

What we do not refund

  • — You expected sensors, auto-steer, warnings, or a dashcam
  • — The phone was not mounted, or you adjusted lines while moving
  • — You changed cars or moved the phone and did not Align again
  • — You treated the overlay as a safety system

How to ask

Write to the email on the contact page. Include the email on the receipt, the phone and browser, and what failed: the overlay would not start, or you parked, mounted the phone, and still could not get the lines onto paint you can see. This step starts once a charge exists.

Withdrawal, for buyers in the EU and UK

Digital content usually has a 14-day withdrawal right. Supply starts as soon as the license key is delivered. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you then lose that statutory right. Parked Fit still applies on its own terms. It does not replace a withdrawal right the law gives you, and that right does not replace Parked Fit.

The rest of the contract

Use of the overlay is covered by the terms. The same limit, in plainer driving language, is on what it is not.
